Oooh after 3 weeks holiday, my first day back on the job was working alongside the amazing Nici Wickes of World Kitchen fame and Brett!
Over the 2 days I cooked my heart out on 2 Masport Super Grande BBQ’s, there was jerk chicken, coconut slaw, homemade flat breads. As well as my delicious and famous Mussels in a spicy sauce.
All in all it was a fab way to start the new season of giggles and nibbles, and if you are ever in Rotorua and looking for a casual but delicious eatery, then head to Leonardo’s on Pukaki Street,
