Ebony and Ivory Lush Choc Brownie
Fudgy, chocolatey, sexy, moreish – nuff said.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Serves: 8 - 10
Ingredients
3 eggs
150g melted butter, cooled
½ tsp vanilla essence
40g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
220g caster sugar
handful of dark and white choc buttons
Instructions
Grease and line a slice tray.
Preheat oven to 160.
Whisk together the eggs, melted butter and vanilla.
Sieve the flour & cocoa powder together, add the sugar.
Combine with the egg mixture, and beat until all the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is velvety smooth.
Fold through the chocolate buttons.
Pour into the prepared tin, bake.
If you can stand the wait, allow to cool, cut into chunks and devour.
