Yoghurt Mint Sauce

Perfect accompaniment to go with my tasty Lamb & Dukkah Kebabs, or to freshen up any summer salad.

Serves: 1 Cup

Ingredients

1 cup thick Greek-style yoghurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
handful mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp each fresh lemon juice & zest
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and season with the salt and freshly ground black pepper.
