As well a being my favourite colour, these darling little cheesecakes are velvety smooth and delicious. Topped with a dollop of cream and grating of white chocolate, oh so decadent too. Shhhh – I can get a whole one in my mouth – can you?

For a lovely dinner party starter, canapés or a platter with friends, try one, two or all three of these easy Asian dishes. You can mix and match or play around with herbs and fillings.

Great to make in large batches and freeze too.

Beetroot: one of natures vegetable titans. Low fat, high in vitamins and minerals; loaded with antioxidants and delicious to boot! This salad has depth, texture, flavour and loads of sex appeal! The sweet earthy beetroot, sharp citrus twang of the oranges, soft salty feta and fragrant fennel, a beautiful Spring and Summer dish. Eat hot or cold.

This is a winner for everyone, a great steak always needs a nice dress, and here it is in a little salty and decadent sauce.

Everyone knows how much I love chicken and I always say I’d even eat it covered in chocolate… so here it is people.

A fantastic dish, with a smoky chocolate sauce, that I serve with corn chips, freshly diced tomatoes to sooth the chilli chipotle kick, and creamy fresh avocados. But you could easily do a side of rice and tortillas – enjoy – Mwah!
