Hearty Lamb & Vegetable SoupThis recipe is a take on my Mother’s authentic Jamaican recipe. She would add a little bit of this and that with a few chilli peppers along the way (which I haven’t)!! What I love about it is the broth is warming, delicious and full of flavour, surrounded by soft melt in the mouth meat and chunks of gorgeous veggies. This is a winter warmer for sure. |

Moroccan Chicken and Lemon SoupThere are some ingredients that are just made to go together : lamb and mint, tomato and basil, chicken and lemon. To call this a soup, really is an understatement, with the rice and pops of swollen raisins – so bloody delicious. |
