Plum & Chocolate Tart

Plums are in season, chocolate never goes out of season, a match made in heaven, thanks to Sandra Grant from Tahakopa who suggested these ingredients, including cream cheese and sugar which inspired this delicious tart as part of my recent Favourite Things birthday giveaway.   A great way to rediscover fruit! Coconut Slaw

Sometimes all you need is a little bit of this and a little bit of that to create what I consider ‘magic’ in a bowl and this recipe is all that!  It steps up the old and traditional into modern, tasty and moreish.   This is what I’m all about, packs a massive punch with flavour, colourful and goes with everything. Er, no love, not your new shoes!!!

Pork & Prawn Dumplings

Even if Chinese New Year is just around the corner, you really don’t need an excuse for these delicious, crispy bottom dumplings. They are quick, easy and if you make them in advance and batch freeze are at hand as a canapé, quick lunch or simple starter for a dinner party.  Everyone loves them, you need ninja moves to grab the last one! Ha!  Giggles and nibbles people; giggles and nibbles.  Xx
